By using CollectorIQ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
CollectorIQ provides analytics, valuations, and scoring for collectible assets. All outputs — including scores, fair values, and recommendations — are informational only and are not investment, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your buying and selling decisions.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- One person or entity per account. No sharing.
Acceptable use
- No scraping, reselling, or redistributing our data or scores.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
- No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Data
You own the portfolio data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Past performance does not predict future returns.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollectorIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from settings.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
