CollectorIQ ("we", "us") provides analytics tools for collectible investors. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account data: email, display name, and authentication identifiers you provide at sign up.
- Portfolio data: the collectibles, transactions, and holdings you add to your account.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and error diagnostics needed to keep the service running.
- Billing data: handled by our payments processor (Stripe). We store subscription status and customer identifiers only.
How we use it
- To operate the CollectorIQ product and your account.
- To compute valuations, scores, and analytics on assets you track.
- To send transactional email (receipts, security alerts, password resets).
- To detect and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share limited data with subprocessors that make the service work — hosting, database, payments, and email delivery. Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement.
Data retention
We keep account and portfolio data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from settings, which removes your personal data within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR/CCPA) you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Email support@collectoriq.com.
